NMMC e-Connect

NMMC's official mobile application aims to enhance online service delivery for the residents of Navi Mumbai. Aligned with its commitment to fostering transparency and accountability, NMMC has introduced this mobile application as a key component of its E-Governance roadmap.

In its initial phase, NMMC is rolling out a Grievance Redressal module to empower citizens with a modern user interface, new functionalities, and timely updates. Future updates will include the integration of an online payment system for property tax and other utilities, as well as the ability to submit 22 civic service application forms online, with the convenience of downloading corresponding certificates.
